Notice of Public Meeting-Monclova Twp

Administration Bldg., Meeting Room, 4335 Albon Rd.

The Monclova Township Zoning Commission has scheduled a public hearing to consider a Zoning Resolution text addition for the following:

1)  Open Space Preservation and related text and

2) Wind Turbines and related text

Applicant:  Zoning Commission.  Proposed changes are on file in the Zoning Office; examination: Mon 12-4, Tues-Fri, 8-4 or call 419-865-7857.  These matters may be continued from month to month until all testimony is received.  Upon conclusion the matters will be referred to the Board of Trustees for final determination.

The Monclova Township Board of Trustees established a citizens committee to study police safety options for Monclova Township.  This citizens committee will hold a meeting on Tuesday, April 6^th at 6:30 PM in the Monclova Township Meeting Room, 4335 Albon Road. 

The purpose of the meeting is the continuing discussion on matters regarding police services for Monclova Township

 Public is welcome to attend.

* Meeting date changed from March 30th to April 6th on 3/2/2010.

The Monclova Township Board of Trustees normally meets on the first and third Monday of every month at 5:00 PM for a working session and 5:30 PM for the general session.  Deviations from this schedule are duly posted.

The agenda for this meeting is not currently available.  Staff generally posts the agenda on the Friday prior to a meeting.

MMT JEDZ meets on the 3rd Thursday of every month at 5:00 PM, as needed, in the Monclova Township Meeting Room, 4335 Albon Road.

 The next scheduled meeting is March 18th.

Monclova Township Zoning Commission’s regular meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of the month at 6:00 PM at the Monclova Township Meeting Room, 4335 Albon Road.

The Monclova Township Board of Zoning Appeals meets on the fourth Monday of every month at 6 PM as needed at the Monclova Township Meeting Room, 4335 Albon Road.
