THIS HEARING HAS BEEN CONTINUED from original hearing(s) in February – The Monclova Township Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on File Z17-C370, a Zoning Change Request from A/R Agricultural/Residential and M-1 Industrial to R-1 Residential for 5221 and 5225 Black Road.  Applicant:  Isaac Land Investments, LTD..Text and maps of the proposed changes can be found here or at the Zoning Office.  Examination Hours: Mon 12-4, Tues-Fri, 8-4; or call 419-865-7857. By Order of the Monclova Township Board of Trustees.  This was previously scheduled for Sept. 20, but changed to October 18 at a Board of Trustees’ August meeting.

Monclova Township Board of Zoning Appeals: 

Monclova Twp Board of Zoning Appeals has scheduled public hearings to consider the following:

1) A variance to Section 4.3D of the Monclova Township Zoning Resolution.  Applicant Matthew Fourman is requesting a 2.6 feet variance from the required 20’  side yard setback at 7719 Chestnut Ridge;  Information on the case can be found here.

2) An appeal of Zoning Department’s denial for a Conditional Use Permit at 3455 Strayer Road per Section 4.6C of the Zoning Resolution; Agent Brandon M. Rehkopf, Esquire.  Information on the case can be found here.

The Monclova Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a zoning change request from A/R Agricultural/Residential and(C-1 Neighborhood Commercial, Subject to Plat) to A/R Agricultural Residential for property known as 6755 Monclova Road; applicant: Mollenkopf
